This fragrant Sichuan flavoured sauce is prepared from selected soya beans, distinctive warming chillies, peppers and aromatic spices. It is perfect for making a quick stir-fry with pork, chicken, seafood, aubergine or other vegetables.

Ingredients:

Water, Fermented Soybean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), Sugar, Salted Chilli Peppers 12% (Chilli Peppers 80%, Salt), Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), Tomato Paste, Modified Corn Starch, Dehydrated Garlic 1%, Soybean Oil, Salt, Spices, Acid (Lactic Acid), Flavour Enhancers (Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate).
