The return and exchange of goods are carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 "On the approval of retail trade rules" (valid from 2014-07-29) and in accordance with the procedures established in Articles 6.22810 and 6.22811 of the Civil Code (valid from 2015-01-01).
In the event that the product is defective, the Buyer must inform the Seller of the online store about the defects within 24 (twenty-four) hours by email, indicating their order number and describing the defects of the returned product.
The Buyer is responsible for assembling and packaging the returned item. If the product is not assembled and properly packaged, the Seller does not accept the returned item.
Goods will not be accepted back if they have been used and/or damaged and/or lost their commercial appearance (changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging necessary to inspect the product are not considered essential changes in the appearance of the product).
If the purchased product does not meet quality requirements, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with a product of suitable quality, to reduce the price of the product accordingly, or to refund the money paid for the goods and their delivery within 7 days from the date of the request. The goods must be returned in the original product and shipment packaging.
If the delivered product does not meet quality requirements, the defects of the sold goods are eliminated, defective goods are replaced or returned in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 "On the approval of retail trade rules" (valid from 2014-07-29) and in accordance with the procedures established in Articles 6.22810 and 6.22811 of the Civil Code (valid from 2015-01-01).
The Buyer can return goods by using a courier service of their choice or by bringing them to the Seller's physical store at Panerių g. 45B, LT-03202 Vilnius. When an incorrect and/or defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes at its own expense to collect such goods and replace them with identical suitable goods. When the Seller does not have identical goods, it refunds the Buyer the money paid for the product(s).
The Seller reserves the right not to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the above-mentioned return procedure (requirements).
If the return of goods is not due to the product's defect, money for additional paid services (such as home or workplace delivery, or extra work performed) will not be refunded.
By mutual agreement of the Parties, return conditions may be negotiated individually.
Disputes are examined by mutual agreement of the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you may submit a written complaint regarding a product or service purchased from our online store to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, email tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. +370 5 262 67 51, fax. +370 5 279 1466, website www.vvtat.lt, also to the territorial divisions of the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority in the counties), or fill out an application form on the EGS platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
