Green curry is a Thai curry known for its vibrant green color and bold, spicy flavor. Directions:
Serves 4 people:
- 1 packet of Aromax Yellow Curry Paste
- 160ml coconut milk
- 180ml water
- 200g pieces of meat (chicken, duck, lamb or beef)
- Eggplants or aubergine or green peas
- 2-3 tablespoons. Cooking oil.
Preparation:
- Heat the oil and add Aromax Green Curry Paste and heat over low heat (1 min.)
- Add the meat and stir fry.
- Add coconut milk, water, eggplants or aubergine or green peas and bring to the boil.
- Season to taste with fish sauce and sugar. Put some kaffir lime leaves, red chili or sweet basil, serve hot.
