Every chili fan has a favourite pepper type, from Habanero to Ghost Pepper and up to the dreaded Carolina Reaper, and each pepper has a different flavour, heat and identity. Each Crazy Bastard Sauce uses a different type of chili, which is paired with ingredients that are specially selected to compliment the flavour of the chili.

The peppers are oven roasted to help bring out their flavour and sweetness, and only the highest quality natural ingredients are added. No sugar is used, and the only preservative is a very fine Italian vinegar.
